we run it on my friends d16 "junkyard" setup. Works fine for us. Stock injectors, stock map sensor, stock pump, stock regulator. We're running around 8psi, maybe a tad more with creep. Bought used off ebay , or here, can't remember. AFR pegged rich all the way to redline. My wideband should be getting here soon, so we'll see *how* rich we're really running...

the blue box is ok. im running it. it keeps it real rich all the time under boost.
you dont need nething. it is made to run with stock injectors and stock fuel pump.
its easy to wire into the ecu and as far as boost i think it can support 13psi which is where the map sensors limits end. this is not to be confused with what a stock d16 can hold. i wouldnt go over 8 lbs on stock internals.

nope...

Missing link is to keep MAP from seeing boost. As long as you don't boost over 11 PSI ( think that's what the stock map will read) you wont' get a CEL. I wouldn't even think about boosting over 11psi on stock D internals. Not to mention your fuel delivery isn't up to par either with just the blue box.

then you need a real engine management solution - and a 3bar map sensor, and injectors, and a fuel pump, etc. etc. etc..

Till now i have been using AEM EMS for my customers, but i'm trying to find cheaper solution.. i don't have problem to use big injectors or high flow fuel pump or 3 Bar map sensor actully i have been do it till now ... just want to find cheaper way to run 14 psi....
Do you have some kind of solution?
Thank you
Udi

The software you use to fine tune your car is FREE but the other stuff u will need to make it work its not(I.E. Chip burner,Chips etc...)

But it still way cheper than other Engine management sistems
