Re: GReddy blue box + 12-14psi = MAP sensor CEL? (DSeriesBKilla)
The blue box has no tuning capibilities, pushing more than 9psi would most likley cause some major detonation, pushing the blue box past 12 or even 14 psi shouldnt even cross your thought process, unless of course you are trying to blow your motor.
Get some real EMS and a 3-bar and you will be good, also if you are running the Greddy kit ditch the 310's as well as the FMU and downpipe. Also i have had problems pushing my stock wastegate past 10psi on my 18G, usually internal wastegates dont like being pushed much past double their stock psi level, in my case 5.5psi.
MOST OF ALL DON'T PUSH THE BLUE BOX PAST 9PSI, some will say differently but i have WB02'ed mine before switching to Uberdata and at 7psi i was just <U>hardly</U> on the "safe side"
Oh and anything past 11.3 psi will trip your map sensor to go into limp mode, unless you have a 3-bar which won't integrate with the blue box anyways.

Re: GReddy blue box + 12-14psi = MAP sensor CEL? (urbansi)
My wastegate on the 15g is set at 7 psi and I'm running really rich. I hooked up an MBC and was going to turn it up a little and with the MBC all the way out I still hit 12-14 psi and that wasn't even WOT! I checked my CEL codes yesterday to see if I was throwing any other codes besides my Cat and I got a MAP sensor code. I took the MBC off and now I'm going to reset my ECU to clear the codes and see if the MAP sensor throws another code or not.
Thanks for your help!
