Default Gray on spark plugs = ?

Well pulled my plugs. Theres gray on both the tips, basically everything else is brown and black. My car is pig rich and my timing is back 5 degrees. Is it leaning out? In boost im like almost all the way in the green on my A/F gauge (I know I know those A/F gauges are ****, but still). Boost settings at like 1000-2000 37 3000 - -35 to -34.

I would also like to know. I am running basically the exact same setup with a little less gas...maybe like -40 all the way across, but I can smell the car running rich. And I also have the to lean/rich cel. I look at the plugs and they look great, but the tips are gray.
