got block machined, got decked, comp ??
ok, so i got the block back from Tim Morgan at Morgans machine in california, super clean super great job, will be doing more business with them
question is he decked the block, and how much comp is actually added to the block.
BUILD
B18A1 Block
stock LS 81mm pistons
no stroker kit
balanced and knife edged crank
LS rods SHOT PEENED
1996GSR head with ITR dual valve springs (uncut/unmilled)
stock gsr cams (switching to ITR)
skunk2 intake mani.
going to be running a 50trim turbo by turbonetics
300HP goal on hondata s200 chipped P28
question is he decked the block, and how much comp is actually added to the block.

You have to messure the deck hight, the head cc and then you can calculate your compression in combination with piston´s data cheet and headgasket thickness
