Default PR and other info on b18c1 for turbo sizing via maps?

anyone have the info on the b18c1 so that I can properly map some turbos to find a good efficiency match?

bald rear 285's+boost at 30mph+damp road=ditch.

Anyways, if I'm not mistaken, determining Pressure ratio is basically:
desired boost pressure+atmospheric pressure (14.7psi) divided by atmospheric pressure.....

that sound about right?
