Default A good break-in?

can you guys give me a good way to break-in my motor? it has JE race pistons, golden eagle sleeves, crower rods, new mains, and all the valvetrain compents are new as well.I have allready put 160 miles on it below 4k, did 20 minutes of idleing, changed the oil after an hour of run time

there seem to be so many ways to do it is there a way that everyone agrees upon? cause i wanna know when i can start beating on it and when i should put on the turbo? TIA

Yup. 500 - 1000 miles of easy driving. Dont drive faster then 55-60 mph and dont rev past 4k and it should be okay. This is a very conservative way to break in the motor. Some people just put 100 miles on it and then ripe the crap out of the motor. However usually the ones that can't wait for 500 miles will be rebuilding sooner then the ones that can wait.
