Golden Eagle VTEC Conversion Kit!
haha I'll just have to buy a few extra o rings for down the line. I don't doubt they are very nice o rings, but any o ring will go bad with time.
The reason I'm concerned, is because I plan on keeping my car til I die... yeah I'm a sentimental sap...

Let me ask you this, when a B16 has the oil conditioner on the back of the block, how does it seal to the block? A VITON O-RING! Do they ever go bad or have you heard of one leaking because the o-ring cracked or got old? I haven't, not once!!! These o-rings come with a lifetime warranty, no need to worry!

You can nearly put together the entire LS/VTEC oil line kit for $89 and not go through much more trouble than you would screwing this onto the block and all the SS lines into it. I guess it depends on how big your wallet is. A reasonable price none-the-less.
What is a B16 oil conditioner? Are you talking about the oil/water heat exchanger? These will work on a GSR block, correct? i dontsee why it wouldnt...

The Vtec uses the AN fitting, but we will also have a barbed fitting soon for people that don't want to spend that much on braided lines. The smaller 1/8" NPT is for turbo oil supply. Also, there are some other comapnies that make a product similar to theis, but their product lets you tap into UNFILTERED oil!!! DOn't use these cheap knock-offs. They can damage your turbo or rocker assembly if used for VTEC oil supply! Our VTEC Conversion kit uses FILTERED oil, essential for long lasting performance!
You might think I have something against your company but I really don't. You make good products. BS claims, however, just drive me crazy.
This means that the B18C was designed wrong by Honda because it sends unfiltered oil to the valve train? Do B18C valve trains wear out in 50K miles? I don't think so. This product looks great. Perfect for VTEC conversions and other uses. Don't taint it with BS. You don't have to use scare tactics to sell your products. The similar products are NOT going to damage turbos or rocker arms.

First of all, wrong board Earl! Second thing is I am talking about the AC Autotechnic Oil Distribution block. YOU CAN ONLY RECIEVE UNFILTERED OIL FROM THIS PRODUCT WHICH CAN DAMAGE TURBOS AND ROCKER ASSEMBLIES!!!
The B18C uses filtered oil for the VTEC and rocker assemblies. It gets the oil AFTER the filter! ALl I am saying is that other products can damage a good turbo with particles in the oil. If you took a second and read what I said, then you would realize what I was talking about!!! Damn.....

I have the factory oil cooler on my block and want to run the turbo feed and oil pressure sender off this oil block. Will this work? Please let me know. Paul
All oil is filtered inside of the block at some time. How can the AC block (which I am not familiar with) get unfiltered oil? If it draws from the main oil gallery, it's getting the same oil as the bearings are getting. It can't be bad. This same gallery feeds the rockers in the vtec motor. Any time I reply, I read the post several times to make sure I don't look like an idiot. I understand what you are saying, I just don't agree with it.
Their product pulls oil from BEFORE the filter. This is why we call this UNFILTERED oil! Our unit pulls oil from AFTER the filter, hence this would be called FILTERED oil! Maybe I should draw you something so you can understand?
I do understand. I would think you would understand more about the oil flow in a Honda. It is not a system that funnels all the oil thru the filter before returning it to the pan. It only pulls random oil and filters it. (It actually feeds off of #3 main.)Pulling oil from the main gallery that supplys the bearings and rockers is not bad. It gets filtered also. You have a GREAT product but let's agree to disagree on the reason why it is great
I'm done

O.K. now I know that you know nothing about the B-series oiling system. Your done, I'm not! A B-series motor DOES filter ALL the oil, what are you thinking!!!???
Oil pickup goes into the oil pump ( only one inlet port ), then it feeds the oil into the block ( oil pump only has one feed hole into the block ) this hole then goes directly to the filter!!! I agree that you may not like why I made this products, but you CANNOT misinform people about their motors. ALL THE OIL GETS FILTERED! LOOK FOR YOURSELF EVERYONE!!! Can someone set this guy straight, he doesn't listen to me!!!

most people use a -6 line to feed the head, as the stock VTEC feed hole is 3/8th's
is there away to make yours a -6 ??

Yes, that is what that other port is for. Either turbo oil feed or pressure sending unit sensor. It is a 1/4" NPT ( pipe thread ) and the Vtec port is a -6AN.
I second that comment about having a group buy.
Since you get many of your ideas and input from HT, you should offer an HT special group buy at a lowered price.
