Default Going turbo, would like some opinions on my parts list so far.

I plan on boosting my stock ITR with the stock B18C5. Been doing some research on here and with my tuner. My goals are 275whp(ish) and have it be safe and reliable. The car is my DD and it sees the road course about 5-8 times a year.

Here is a breakdown of the parts I've chosen so far. Just making sure I'm on the right track. Open to opinions and comments .

SLS Shorty SS manifold (so I can retain the stock full size rad)
GT28RS (converted to external WG)
Tial 38mm WG
Tial BOV
PWR 24x8x3 intercooler
RC 550 injectors
hi-flow fuel pump

The turbo, 3" downpipe(w/flexpipe) and dump tube will be metallic-ceramic coated. My tuner will fab up all the charge piping and supply all oil lines, AN fittings, couplers, bits, etc. Defi boost and EGT gauges and a wideband(PLX or NGK AFX) will be added. Tuning will be with Hondata on a Dyno Dynamics. I will most likely rely on the WG spring to control boost for now or upgrade to a MBC. Exhaust will exit through a 2.5" hi-flow cat(converted to 3" inlet for DP) and T1R 2.5" which I already have. Also deciding if I should add a valve cover catch can with welded bungs to aid in venting. I already have the Endyn block breather can set-up.

Just want to make sure I'm on the right track. I didn't no ****-all about turbo like 5 weeks ago , so I'm a n00b to all of this.

Goals realistic? Good parts? Did I miss anything?

Comments welcome.

for fuel pump cant go wrong with the walbro 255.

everything you have listed seems to be good, and your goals are resonable.

you are goign to need a new clutch too. if you havent already thought about it.

you've already got some good advice, and definately get an upgraded clutch.

just throwing this out there for thought, but you can get a slightly larger turbo to leave room for more power in the future. i know the 28rs will have instant spool characteristics, but with the tight geared itr tranny you will never see those low rpms when racing

I already have an ACT HDSS kit. Installed about a year ago when my stocker took a dump at the track
