Going to build an LS-t could use some advice/input
After not having a Honda for close to 5 years, i caught the bug again. I am going to start by building an LS-t and eventually build an ls/vtec-t. I would like to make somewhere between 450 and 500 hp as the end result. Is this doable on a stock sleeve ls/vtec-t? how much power can i expect from the ls/t with pistons/rods and most likely a stock head. I would also appreciate if you guys could recommend a turbo I would like to use a borg warner/bullseye turbo but if there are better options now im open to suggestions. Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated

you really need to do some research if you want to build a 400+ whp car... its not even practical for you to ask these questions without looking it up...
regardless of your lack of research... i would recommend the precision 6262 turbo...
you cant build a fast car without doing research...

you really need to do some research if you want to build a 400+ whp car... its not even practical for you to ask these questions without looking it up...
regardless of your lack of research... i would recommend the precision 6262 turbo...

I've already recommended the Precision 6262 for his power goals, perfect setup IMO.

honestly just got vtec right off the bat. the money you would spend on headwork and cams twice just doesn't make sense. way back i made 240hp on 10psi on a stock ls with a 57 trim. problem is that when i put a 60-1 on it thats capable of making the 400-500hp it was laggy as holy hell, 10 psi over 5000 rpm.
you can do that on a stock sleeve with no problems. regardless of the head you pick, you can start by grabbing some pistons and rods, clutch and other stuff to build up the bottom. i also very much recommend getting an lsd like mfactory or quaiffe

im in the same boat as u.. but havent owned a honda for almost 8 yrs.. lol.. been doing nothing but reading as a lot has changed since then.. from what i gathered though.. go ahead and build u a lsvtec first.. then turbo it later.. unless u got the money to do it all at once..

Consider sleeving the block through us or another company so you do not chance cracking the cylinder wall at high rpm.
Then you can boost all you want. Shoot us a PM and we will work out a deal.

just us the stock head no prob seen a guy local hit just shy of 400hp (391 I believe) with a completely stock head just sk2 intake mani and 70mm tb
