What turbo do you have? Power goals? If you have a ginormous turbo, I would keep it stock. If its smaller than a 57trim, the 3bar could work in your favor in the future.
In the end you still need to retune it if you want to go above 11psi, so getting it tuned on a 1.7bar or 3bar at 0.6bar of boost won't save you any time or money. Maybe a little bit of time since the 3bar would always be in the car, but not that much.
I say get the 3bar, and quit being a *****. >1bar of boost or nothing!

Are you boosting an untuned car?
I wish I went 4bar instead of 3bar...

Its Street tuned by me. No knock 11.00 AFR all the way. Im no tuner but i know how a motor works and runs, Ive also learned the AEMpro system very well to make a good base map to drive around with.
I went ahead and got the 3 bar.. Just incase mase wants to do a high boost tune

Man U FTW
On my first few setups i ran the stock map sensor, but in retrospect, i wish i would have gone with a 3bar. If you run the 3bar and run 10psi, that's ok because you have room to grow. If you run the stock map sensor and decide to run more than 11psi, you have to change to a 3bar and completely retune since the scaling is different.
Cliff Notes: Listen to HiProfile and get the 3bar

That .48 hotside is going to hurt you on a 2.0 IMO, at least it'll be responsive though.
