I think he's asking about an OXYGEN sensor, not a MAP sensor... 
They are probably not the same sensor. Even if they have the same dimensions and 4-wires they may have difference resistance in the heater circuit which would cause you to through a code. I THINK!!! (not sure) that it should be around 10-20 ohms (I really can't recall) BUT, I'm running one now that has slightly less than whatever it should be and I haven't had a prob. A store sold it as a direct replacement, but I tested it, bickered with them and just decided to shove it up my ***

I Can solve the GM map sensor one for you, they are the same

not too sure about the GM o2 sensor ,but i know the ford or sensors out of a 94 mustang.
and all you have to do is wire the stock honda plug on to the ford wires.
I persanlly use these because my brother has alot them from all of the mustang stuff he has laying around, and they work great.
