wheen i drive under 1 bar boost all is ok on the Gauge and no Nedle Flutter ?

in maximal overboost over 1 bar like 1,2 bar beginnst the nedle to flutter on long boost ??

what is rong.

??ebay boost gouge 15 dollar
ore is the 38mm wastegate to smal for a gt30 turbocharger
i have no air leak in system.

Crappy ebau guage or maybe weak connection. Were did you tie the vacume line into.

 

vacume line is from the manifold to t -fiting

one side to the gouge other site to the boost pressur sensor (waes)

what meens inline air filter restictor???

 

That was kinda hard to understand but maybe try another vac source
