Default gap and plug

I am wondering what gap I should run now and what kinda plug?


I have a 96 gsr with t3 turbo

I have the ngk iridiums right now at the stock .44 gap

I am running NGK heat range 7 with a gap of .32 I think

Except possibly gapping about .28 though depending on ignition system, but it doesnt hurt

yeah I am running the MSD digital 7 but I am thinking about regapping to .28 to see if it will be run alittle better

Call NGK, ask for tech support. They can tell you more then you know to ask. They have so much info it is hard to believe. Trust me, call them, you won't be sorry.

Again it depends on how much boost you run too, if you are blowing out Spark then you need to close the gap up, I ran .022" on my car at 28psi, Digital 6 and Blaster SS coil and Heat Range 10 Race plugs from NGK We were blowing out spark with a bigger gap soooo
