How much to gap the spark plug?

I have a 00 gsr turbo with a digital 6. how much would I regap it?

I run my plugs at .028. .030 will also work for you.

yeah i run anywhere from 0.028-0.030

Normally stock gap will work fine. If you're running an external coil with your 6, you can benefit from a larger gap than stock.
