Default Full-Race ball bearing stage 1 kit

Is it worth buying this kit if i am only going to run 6-8psi on a stock gsr motor?

Also what thickness headgasket do you suggest i get to help lower compression? i think standard is .030" so should i get .040"?

yes, You will want to upgrade after awhile so thats a good kit to go with due to you will only need to upgrade the turbo

and stock headgasket will do fine for only 6-8psi
