Default 400hp turbo

this is for my boosted itb setup and the build is posted in this forum.
anyway question being more relevant than explination, what turbo would be good for 400 everyday and maybe 500 for the strip. I will also be taking the car to race tracks and I'm starting to believe that the 60-1 might be a little laggy. I don't really know how bad its going to be but I suppose that when I take it around the track it shouldn't be bad on lag considering the fact the fact that I will always be mid rpms.
another thing that I want is more than 350ft/lbs of torque. if you have seen tony the tiger's setup he has 350. tony do you think that a gt30r would suite my setup better. I wish boosted hybrid would chime in.

The Borg Warner S256 is a nasty little turbo. Turn it up to 30psi make 550hp. Turn it down a little make (21psi) 445hp. I can't say that I have seen a dyno pull with one of these at 15psi.

the 35 would be a little too big. I want boost as fast as I can get it and I also dont want the torque falling off above 9000rpms. my tuner recomended a 57trim for quicker spool time. what is the smallest ar on the turbine for the 30? I almost want to push the 2877r but I want something a little different from tony the tiger. is the 2877r capable of 4oo without high iat? will I get bett torque with the 28or the 30? tony has the t2 turbine housing, what if I went with the t3?
remember fastest spool to reach 4oo without having borderline iat's for detonation. we all know the 30r is capable. but what are my other options?

For that purpose I've used both the S256, S258, and GT3040R. With the S256 and S258, they are very versitile and easy to get with, plus no need for water lines and restrictors.
