Default Fuel system for turbo

I have a DSM GSX Turbo in tank fuel pump, stock injectors, B&M regulator, and I will probably go with the Vortech FMU too. Will this do for a B16a with a t3t4 almost DRAG kit running about 7-8 pounds. A friend of mine had basically the same setup and it worked fine. I just thought I would ask you all what uyou think!!

You may still need an (extra) inline pump to build the fuel pressure the Vortech FMU is going to produce.
Otherwise, sounds fine.

But what would I know... hehe

yeah that setup should be ok. i don't know how much the dsm pump can flow, but a 12:1 fmu will have pretty high fuel rates..so it might not be a bad idea to find out

Well from the stock fuel pump to the GSX pump I could feel a huge difference. I mean it was made for a turbo engine, I forget how many liters the GSX'x were......Thanks though

The mitsu's don't run a rising rate FPR!!!

... meaning that you'll still probably need that in-line pump to be safe while boosting!!

I think the Drag kits come with an Airtex (sp), but a Bosch should work just as well or better.
Some of these other guys can probably let you know what they use, of just as ask Ben at Importparts.com

Remember the DSM's dont use an FMU, which require very high pressure pumps for 1. And 2, they have big injectors from the factory--450cc. I would throw an inline pump in the mix.
