Default Fuel problem!

I have a greddy kit(with emanage) on my 2000 civic and i am throwing a CEL for the fuel system saying it is running to lean or too rich!!My car wants to idle.run around 500 rpms lower then it did stock, and it is laggy/boggy!I do not have the wastegate actuator vacuum hose running to my intake manifold vacuum source(i was told i did not need to run it there, but do I?) also i have put fuel system cleaner, replaced the fuel filter, and checked/repaired vacuum leaks??anybody got any ideas on whats wrong and/or how to diagnose it???(where do i start)
