Default fuel pressure help

well heres the deal i have a d16z6 with a 16g and dsm 450s. im wondering what the fuel pressure should be with the vacuum line hooked up to the fpr and with it unhooked. i am getting 30 hooked up and 40 unhooked. and the reason im asking is because im on 9 psi and my 450s are maxed out at 100 percent dtc at 6700 with a afr of 11.6-12.0 at wot all the way. i was leaning towards fuel pump seeing as its stock but am jw what everyone thinks.. any help is welcome thanks

A W255 will be really nice.

As for the pressure, I believe mine has been 40-45 with the hose off..
