Fuel Pressure drop?
I've had this problem ever since my build up of my hatch. Basicly, when i turn the car off, the fuel pressure drops immediately. Hell if I turn the car on, i let the pump prime, then if i sit for too long, it drops to 0 again. I've been told its a leak somewhere. yet I've checked the injectors, GE rail, fast-turbo line, paxton FPR connected directly to GE rail. My guage is connected directly to the paxton FPR. I've checked everywhere and i can't find any leaks anywhere. All fittings have teflon tape. My fuel pump is a walbro 255 high pressure, maybe 4 months old. basicly everything is new. I didn't know if by having the gauge on the FPR that it just shows it dropping due to the FPR not having anything against it.
Help is welcomed. The car runs fine, I was just wondering about why the pressure doesnt' hold like it does on my prelude.

Re: Fuel Pressure drop? (seen4ever)
I'm running AEM fuel rail and paxton fpr. I had the same issue. I did talk to the rep. from aeromotive regarding this issue. Aeromotive unit is the same as paxton. They said the fpr is designed this way. The oem unit is designed for emission purposes.

Mine has the same problem and I am running an aeromotive with aem rail and 255 pump. I checked everywhere for leaks and nothing. I was like oh well as long as the car runs I guess all is good.
