fuel cuttin between 6-8K replaced 50 trim turb0 with 60 trim
ok i just put a beakboost kit on my gsr. the turbo i had was 50 trim and now i have a 60 trim. now when im gettin on it , the fuel is cuttin sumtime at 6500 and 7000 , just like if i was hittin the rev limiter. my intercooler pipes are fine . sumone told me i need to get it retuned becuz of the 60 trim... anybody experience this?

get that tuned!!
of course you need to retune switching trim sizes. you pushing more air with a bigger turbo.
are you running a wideband?

my guess is it MAY be leaning out, and thats why its cutting out. either way, get it tuned

yea thats why i asked about the wideband, but i was figuring he didnt, but then i thought well, maybe he does but doesnt really know what the number means on the wideband

i jus finished the kit yesterday and i only got on it last night. i have a a/f gage and since i put the new kit on its always on rich now. so if im running lean why does my a/f say its so rich? and whats hidden damage? the last time the car ever fuel cut like this is when the tube to the wastegate fell off and wouldnt allow it to pass 6K. im getting it retuned next week
