OK This turbo will never run.. A new set of clean and Blanced DSM Blue tops and all they do is dump fule.. I can not tune them at all Turn the car and the just open and spray.. I have look over the wireing a ton of times and its hooked up right so WHAT THE **** if anyone has any Idea let me know..

 

the smc+ is not your problem...

 

you sure you got it hooked up right?

 

hooked it up the way the inst. read.... The MAP Sensor is fine I checked that tonight. unless I missed something RED is 12V Black Ground White RPM Orage map in Yellow Map out... Hell I even swaped the yellow and orange to to make sure car started and then gave CODE 3 (MAP).. Swap back and code was gone

 

did u adjust the computer to read lower ohm injectors etc???

As far as your problem, have you messed around with the settings alot to try and get it to idle?

You do have a resistor box right? Or you wired inline 10 ohm resistors? If not you are in danger of frying your ECU if you haven't already.

 

if your DA is not a 90-91, then your resistor box is not installed correctly.

 

The Turbo is in a 91 CRX so yes the restor box is there... YEs I have messed with the settings I took out the max and still it ran super rich...

 

if you claim to have the smc box hooked up correctly, yet the car won't run well with the injectors, why not assume it's the injectors? Wouldn't be the first time people have had issues with DSM injectors...

 

it wont start? becuase its running too rich? Your spark plugs are probably fouled out. try putting your idel at -41 and 1k to -40. before you start the car take out the spark plug and clean them. check it to see if they are wet with fuel. reset your ecu after u clean the plug.

 

why don't you try your stock injectors first? Don't boost with them, but at least they'll start teh car

 

I have traced down this problem before! Check for it...it's going to be somewhere between the left ear and the right ear of the installer!! Doh!!

 

yup...if it starts, then you have injector problems. might want to set everything back to 0 though for the stockers.

 

Yeah it runs with the stocks, I have tried 2 sets of DSM one set was a junk yard set the other a Cleaned and blanced set.. It has to be the SMC there is nothing left I mena I know people use it and works for them but guess what sometimes **** dont work, and the Best part I got it from Dablo Motorsports and there Closed down..

 

its obviously the 450's..ive had same problem..ifit was the smc, it would do the exact same thing with the stock injectors..
