Default fresh tune,,, smoke???

I just got my ls/vtec turbo tuned. There seems to be quite a bit of smoke coming from the exhaust when i slow down using my gears. Blue smoke.... The tuner said it is normal, but all my friends seem to think differently. Im trying to get a third opinion. What do you think?

Like I said, its an ls/vtec.
T3 T4 turbo
forged, balanced blue printed bottom
supertech springs
3 inch mandrel bent straight exhaust.

Any help would be appreciated.

Post a picture of your oil drain. Was this setup running and fine before this tune? We need a little more info about the setup and its history before any real answers can be provided. Until then, you're only going to get guesses...

Brand new turbo... It is an ebay turbo so it very well likely can be a seal. It was n/a before the tune but it ran great. the engine only had 3000 on it. no smoke or anything.
The tune shop did my oil drain so i know its ok. King Motorsports. They are very reputable in the midwest.

Take some pictures if you can. If the motor is legit, then it's most likely a turbo rebuild.
