Ls turbo smokes!!!!
Ok so I have a stock ls turbo. Tuned on hondata s100, the problem I's when I get into boost and let off the pedal it's caughs out a cloud of white/blue smoke, when I start the car and it sits at idle it's fine no smoke. Also smells like fuel pretty bad, any ideas guys? The fuel could be because it was 95 out yesterday when I drove it probly was running pig rich but not sure

Ya that the things I was thinken the turbo was rebuilt has less then 500 miles on It. Could this possibly have anything to do with a catch can that had jus been installed maybe not correct by chance?

no, that wont cause the problem...
most oil leaks on the intake side wont cause smoke, since they would be burnt during the combustion process... unless they are really bad then you'd see an issue with the car when running.
exhaust side valvestem seals, or the turbine seal... its more than likely the turbo.
What turbo is it>

pull the downpipe off, check the turbine housing and downpipe for oil.. also pull the hot pipe off and check for oil residue

I would also suggest a compression and leak down test, that will let you see just how healthy your motor is. but it sounds to me to be turbo related, so what I suggested is the quick route

Re: Ls turbo smokes!!!!
If it had anything to do with the catchcan it would smoke at idle, my buddy had that problem the filter was clogged and increased back pressure which allowed it to smoke, i would have to think its rings since the compression is low should be around 180-200 just my 2cents...
