I have a B18b1 in my 94 civic. I am running a drag 3 kit on it. I im just gonna run an FMU for now just to get it running, and some 550's. My question is..... which fmu should i get? 12:1, 10:1??? how much boost could i run with a 12:1....6,7,8 LBS? and will my ecu run 550's? please help, everyone in there post says somthing diff, i even read a honda ecu will run 640's??? umm i dunno
Thanks

12:1 is what you would use with stock 240cc injectors. Your ECU won't be able to run 550s very well, if at all, without modifications. An FMU with 550s would also not run very well, if at all.
stock injectors and 12:1
no that computer is not gonna run 550's if it does it will be hella rich and youd have to play with FMU disks alot to get it right
FMU 12:1 stock injectors a hell of a lot less problems then tune ASAP.

An FMU is for stock injectors. It is possible with an adjustable FMU and adjustable fuel pressure regulator to run larger injectors, but it's an abortion and you'd be better off chipping an ECU.
Run a 12:1 FMU and 6 PSI, you should be fine until you get the resources together to do it right.

depending on the tuner. over here in the bay its about 100 bucks an hour. usually 2 hours is a good tune. but each shop charges differently
