Default which fmu to get with dsm 450s???

OK i just installed the dsm injectors into the car last night and it's way too rich at idle so i was wondering which fmu calibration kit to get cause i have a 12:1 i think

or would i be able to get a FPR and just turn down the psi a bit?

i already have the 440s too -50 on my afc so any help would be appreciated

DSM 450cc injectors + 12:1 FMU =

That's ALOT of fuel, and i'm willing to bet waaaaay more than you need. Most people who switch to big injectors (440+) remove the FMU altogether. The injectors alone provide a substantial amount of fuel, you won't need to suppliment them with an FMU for a while. Ditch the FMU

EDIT: just for reference sake, I ran 12psi on my D16 with RC 440's and no FMU, and it was still rich even with -38% AFC trim

You want no FMU.

Use a standalone or SAFC to control the fueling.

if you are hurting, try turning your fuel pressure down alot. You will be mad rich.

what kind of car do you have? Youre going to need something to control that size injector as the stock ECU is unable to!?!

and you are going to perform the "AFC hack" so that you can compensate for boost?
