Default flywheel

Hello,

For a D15Z6 1.5 SOHC VTEC (equal as D15B) that I am planning to turbocharged with greddy kit, BOV, intercooler and VAFC hack, will I have add more power with a flywheel ? Is it good ?

Thank you for yours opinions

very generally put... it takes energy to rotate mass. less mass is easier to rotate, thus frees up existing energy.
