Icon2 First time trying to turbo (B18a1)

Hey! So I have a '90 Acura Integra with a b18a1 engine. I just pulled a bad clutch and I figured I would install a stage 3 clutch while I have it out. I'm also thinking of going turbo in the future, slowly but surely because the budget isn't real high. But my questions are what supporting mods can I do before I even think of putting the turbo on there? As in,
Can I upgrade my fuel pump and/or fuel injectors (450cc?) without a problem?
Should I use the stock fuel rail?
Should I do a tune before and after? Or just after?
Would it be a bad idea to put an inter-cooler system in there before the turbo and have it just hanging out?
What other mods should I get before the turbo to make the install smoother?
I don't think a 3" exhaust will be a problem.

I would just like some tips on how to make this go smoothly. I'm not looking for the most hp I can get, I'm thinking like 250-300 at 10lbs of boost?
What are some good brand names that aren't necessarily the most expensive but the moderate brands, not the cheap *** stuff, but the parts that will run good but won't make me broke as a mf.

You could install;
*3 inch exhaust
*bigger fuel pump
*better clutch etc...

No point in doing anything else till you ready to bolt the turbo kit on. Read the FAQ's

What size fuel pump would you suggest for the setup I'm wanting to do?
