how do you know if the fins of the turbo are scraping the wall wen they spin? on the way home tonite, wen my turbo spools it makes a high pitch sound, not the normal spooling sound. and i can't reach my max boost also boost builds slower. are my fins scraping. wat could be causing this and how do i fix it. thanx.

 

take off the filter on the compressor side and look at it...the easiest...or take the downpipe off and look at the walls and see of there is any scraping...you'll know if it scraped it...pretty obvious
