Default Finally putting together my kit.. Seeking advice/suggestions

Hey guys I recently started buying stuff to put together my turbo kit, so far I have

P72 ECU with Hondata S300
RC 750cc Injectors
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Skunk2 70mm Throttle Body
Edelbrock turbo manifold
GT2860RS
HKS wastegate

This will all be going on my stock LS B18A1 (1992 DA Integra). All stock from head to oil pan. I am shooting for 225-250whp and I am going to try and tune it myself.
Now I need to get the rest of the stuff.. Any comments or input about the list above?
Looking for intercooler and piping I found go-autoworks has a kit for the DA, anyone tried this? Or where else should I look for intercooler+piping? Also I think I am going to stick with stock MAP sensor as I do not see myself running more than 11psi for a while.. I know I also need these things:

Fuel pump (Walbro 255)
Intercooler+piping (Anyone have experience with ebay kits?)
BOV (Tial)
Half radiator (Any suggestions for this?)
Clutch (CC Stage 4, or should I wait on this? Will stock clutch hold up?)
Breather tank (two lines from valve cover, one from block)
Wideband (PLX?)
Also I plan to incorporate an E-Cutout somewhere soon after the wideband in the exhaust

I feel like thats about it.. I'm probably not thinking of some things but for now I am just looking for input. Let me know what you think about my setup, what may need to be changed, what I have overlooked... Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated as long as it is constructive.

I don't think your stock map sensor will work
Blox sells a bypass valve and you can keep your stock map
Its like 40 bucks worked good on my single slammer

honestly you should be able to meet your goal on 8-10psi easily so your stock map will work fine. If you want to do anything more then that then i would suggest the GM 3bar map sensor its the cheapest way out as you can get them on ebay for <$50

Cool, thanks for that. I was pretty sure that was the case. Anyone have input on intercooler+piping that would work for a DA or e-cutouts?

if you want a direct fitment i would suggest the go-autoworks piping kit and just a ebay intercooler would be fine for what you are looking for. Or if you want to piece together the piping, just get a full intercooler kit off of ebay.

if i were you i would get this map sensor, its good for 23psi and its cheaper than a gm 3 bar, also you probly wont need it since the stock map sensor will be fine at or a little above 9psi

I would suggest aem wideband they are pricey but work extremely well. And fluidyne makes good half size radiators.

aem is probably the cheapest wideband on the market......not that that's bad, they are just an affordable solution...what, $170 for the whole kit now

First off, you got a good start.
Think about getting ARP head stud and Cometic MLS head gasket.
for your wide band, get a look at Innovative one, they are the best IMO.
Quicktime got you covered as far as Ecutout goes, Get yourself a block up plate already, since your E-cut will most likely fail over time, you will need to plug up the hole for the time spent without it, trust me it alway's happen when you don't want.
boost piping should be bought in prevision of blow off... what you got for a mounting flange will tell you if you go Alu or Steel. Alu is best, can be worked easily. Any kit from Ebay, with a good thick wall tubing is good, Mandrel bent off course.

get it done, you most likely got all the stuff to go.
your goal a very realistic too, should be an easy task.

Awesome, thanks for all the replies and suggestions guys. I appreciate it. I will be using the g2ic turbo guide for reference but I know it is slightly outdated.. I'm still tossing around the idea of tuning it myself... Anyone have advice for a first time tuner?

i wouldn't and it's not because you can't learn to do af, it;s because an experienced tuner will know what kind of timing the engine can take at given pressure/hp levels with the fuel you run

if you dont know what you need to finish a turbo kit, i wouldn't tune your own car...

My ready to be bolt on set up is:

B18a1 (all stock)
garrett t3t4 60trim
tial wastegate
greddy bov
xspower turbo mani
gm 3 bar map
DSM 450cc
Gripforce stage 1 clutch and pressure plate (lol F**K it)
unknown turbo piping
walbro 255
Eg half dual core radiator
AEM boost controller
chipped p72 (recently tuned on crome)
and bits more

AIMING for 300whp+ I am concerned about the injectors though, I hope they will not holdme back on 15-16psi. Oh by the way this is on a Crx si AND I will not tune it for ****! Ill leave it to the experienced tuners.

from what i read up on i heard 450cc can handle around 14 to 16psi... my buddies eclipse gst is pushin 14 psi right now with no problems

that's also a different turbo, psi is meaningless without the size of the turbo. 300whp is a push on 450cc injectors. on a really efficient setup you could probably do it but you'll be tapping 100% duty cycle.

i'm piecing together a 300whp build at the moment and using 650s for this exact reason

300 crank hp requires 470ccs at a 100% duty cycle with a .6 BSFC, if your engine is more efficient than this or you crank the pressure you can see what happens. still, 275whp should be doable at a minimum if you can increase pressure.

That means nothing. There is no direct correlation between boost pressure and injector flow rate.
On a Honda DSM 450cc injectors can make about 270whp give or take a few changes in base fuel pressure. You want 300whp, go 550cc or above.
