New to boost, looking for tips and advice
Hi, i have a 99 Civic Si, running a stock JDM Gsr with skunk2 intake manifold and skunk2 megapower exhaust.
I'm currently planning to boost it, at first i wanted to go the cheap route, with the EBay turbo kit, but after reading and researching i have wisely decided to save and buy a turbo kit from one of the vendors on here. I'm looking to make around 300whp daily driven.
The kit comes with a garret t3/to4e 57trim turbo, Tial WG and BOV, garret intercooler, AFI ramhorn, AFI charge piping and a DIY oil line kit.
Extra stuff i will buy before installing:
Precision 550cc injectors - is this a good choice for my setup?
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
some kind of boost guage, any recommendations?
Will i need an aftermarket fuel rail and FPR?
I'll be going to Phearable tuning in Tampa to get it tuned. I want to make sure i have everything i need before i make arrangements to take it there. Is there anything else you think i will need or would recommend?
thanks in advance,
Josh

Many people have had success running a TunerView as their gauge. And it's not limited to boost.

Yes. It supports all of the major OBD1 Honda EMS softwares. NepTune, Hondata, eCtune, Crome, and Uberdata.
