Wow, thats pretty compact. I like the way it bolts to the hubs. Interesting design.

Having an in-house dyno is nice.

Located in Easton, Pa. I am an hour south of NYC, and hour north of Philly.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by boosted_dc2 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">do you take off the wheels and the packs support the car??? how does it work

Yup, you take the wheels off of the car. It takes out tire pressure as a factor, as well as wheel spin. I will have a pic up tomorrow of my turbo hatch on the dyno.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Dturbocivic &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">wow... jeff, got any exeriance with speed-pro ?? </TD></TR></TABLE>

Yup, on a VW no less. I havent touched the system for 2 years now though. It was the DOS version of the software, not the windows based user friendly version.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by RenoRacing &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">damn, baller status! good stuff. I notice a k series hangin out on the sidelines waiting to jump in! </TD></TR></TABLE>

Yup, k20a2 swap with a k24 shortblock sitting in the background as well. If i can ever get the time I'll get the damn swap in my eg hatch and put the full race kit on it.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Mpir3 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Congrats ....I don't know how you put up with the drive to xotics so many times </TD></TR></TABLE>

You dont even know the half of the story about the "situation" between xotics and I. I'll fill you in the next time I see you in person.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Mikes01GSR &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Congrats Jeff, now you'll have more time to fix those cars that "just need a tune"
before rushing to a dyno appointment. Can't wait to get on it. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Yeah, at the end of the week I wont feel like I am going to collapse from the stress level. I hate having the pressure of getting to a tuning appointment "on time" since it never seemed to happen.

do they supply the computer and monitor as well? why are there two computers?

EDIT: found the answer on his site

"The following picture is of the computers, the computer on the left is the cpu for the program, and the computer on the right is the controller for the dyno, which has some really crazy plugs in the back that I've never even seen before. "

Ok, as far as the computers go...

There are 2 towers as seen in this picture

The tower to the left is the controller for the hubs, it gives it power and takes readings from the hubs. The tower on the right is the CPU that holds the program that runs the dynapack and displays the information. The two towers are connected by a com cable.

The monitor, printer, mouse, keyboard(with extension wire so it reaches into the car with ease), and both towers came with the setup from dynapack.

Great choice on the Dynapack
I'm so glad you didn't choose a dynojet
