finally boosted tonight, but got some problems...
i have a dsm 1st gen bov but it doesn't seem to be going off...i tried hooking it up to the brake booster and another vaccum source and i can't hear it. Does anyone know what could cause this?
Also i have two check engine lights...one is MAP(3) and the other is Oxygen sensor (1)
Thanks

get check valves from fish store or get the missing link to fix your check engine (map) problem...and maybe get a new o2 sensor to fix the other problem...you maybe not be boosting correctly, or vacuum is not flowing right for your bov. here's a beer

im only boosting like 5lbs on the stock d16a6. it feels so good. i think the reason i might not hear the bov is because im running open downpipe. the spool of the turbo is sooo loud. i love it. it runs so smooth with the safc. the check engine light only come on in 3+ gears when im getting on it. im suprised how much difference 5lbs of boost made. i wish i could post some pics. such a good night. im stoked. Could open tubo (its pretty loud) cause my oxygen sensor cel to go off? Thanks
