Congradulations! welcome to the dark side and have fun with your new toy! As for afc settings, I can't help you there but I'm sure somebody can or maybe something will pop up during a search.

Re: Finally!!!! (Redlineracer)
set all of ur afc settings at about -38% to start out, except your 1000 rpm setting, around -28% so it will idle. that should give you some leeway to play around as all motors will be different, thats what i started out with!
hope that helps

Re: Finally!!!! (OnePointFive)
To start off, do it like this:
Hi/lo crossover @ 70/71%
then, 1000 rpms on lo to -34
rest of low through 8k rpms to -36
all of high throttle 1-8k @ -37 to start. it should run good like this.. Also, I reccomend dropping the timing with you distributor about 3-4 degrees, for safetys sake.

Re: Finally!!!! (Johnyquest)
I'd start the idle leaner, closer to -40% and run the rest of the map as rich as possible before the car throws a CEL. This will have you running really rich, but will also keep you on the safer side till you can throw it on a dyno and pick up some A/F numbers.
Don't forget to back the timing 2-3 degrees!
Oh yea, welcome Trent

yes thank you so much!!! if it wasnt for you id have to wait 2 weeks to get a downpipe flange from SFP...grrr those guys pissed me off...but thanx man! and yes thank you eric for all your help on the install. i owe you guys big time!! BTW when i started the car the first time it was smoking alittle...i couldnt tell what color it was cause it was dark but could it be from no down pipe and have the 450's running really really rich? it smelt like exhaust and fuel...im praying the turbo is good. it should be though.

The turbo is fine, get an exahust on there and drive her a bit. There's alot of grease, oil burning off the manifold and other hot parts.. should clean off withing an hour or so of driving.
