Default Been out of the scene for a while, need help with Tuning Software

Been a member of the board for around 10 years now (wow crazy)... my buddy and i have a project car that we did about 5 years ago and never got it fully running... setup is the following:

B18B with stock internals
Chipped ECU - currently runs like crap
Equal length mani
T3/T3E with 60 trim
Tial Wastegate
3 Bar MAS
A few other extras.....

My question is what tuning software is the way to go these days? We want to run about 10 psi regularly.. but possibly tune it to 15 psi.. we have a wideband but neither of us are very experienced tuners... we've only done moderate AFC tuning and some AIC tuning way back..

I wouldn't mind paying a couple hundred bucks to have it tuned, but don't wnat to shell out 1k for an EMS or anything...

Located outside of Philly (Bucks county) so we're looking for a local shop to help us out too..

Thanks for the advice.

Crome isn't exactly the easiest program to jump right into. You may be better off just getting a chipped ecu and paying somebody to tune you. Otherwise your going to be doing a decent amount of research trying to figure out how to use the program with all of its random pluging and stuff like that.
