Re: final build plan (zm_dawg)
Looks good. Only thing I would suggest is going with OEM honda bearings instead of the ACLs. Good question on tuning though. I'm from the midwest, SD and I'm looking for someone as well for when i get my s200b. Looks good though man.

Re: final build plan (00siBuilder)
this isn't fantasy....awaiting insurance settlement check......trying to have this planned out as much as possible so I don't fall into many holes while during the install.....also I believe I'd need 550cc injectors..Precision/RC?!?..umm..should I do the whole 3"exhaust like that?...

Alot of people just prefer to run the OEM honda bearing over the ACL's, i too will be using OEM bearing on my b-series build.. and i think you should do your 3" exhaust like that, it will be a little weaker on the bottom end but spool times will be quicker and so will max power in most cases.. but its up to you.. Good luck getting that check, insurance sucks, they just ripped me off over 10k in parts from my GSR that was stolen

That's what I thought 90% of the info post here is hearsay. Probably another 8% is people that just don't know how to assemble an engine. I really doubt there is anything wrong with ACL.
How many people do you know what had problems with something (ACL in this case) more than once, and it wasn't their first time building an engine.

yeah I'm confused about this whole ACL theory.....I don't think earl would have suggested'em if he strongly believes OEM are "better" then the ACL's....it just doesn't make sense

Re: final build plan (zm_dawg)
If you want 325whp, then skip the sleeves and rods, just use ARP Rod Bolts and stick the money on a quality set of rims and tires, upgraded cooling system, brakes, tuned suspension and a decent radio...

Re: final build plan (Sunrise City Rider)
I've only heard of a couple of people that have had the ACL's fail. I agree most of it is hearsay. Lots of products get one bad experience out on the internet and everyone assumes their products are junk. I try to not jump on that bandwagon, but I'm sure both should work out fine for you as long as everything is assembled correctly. I was just pointing out something I've heard, not trying to be critical but I too agree that most failures are from improper assembly and not bad products.
