Since i have the greddy turbo kit that already has a charge pipe,etc. can i use that greddy ones to make the piping needed to connect to the intercooler???(i can weld a flange to it for the BOV right???(any recommendations on which greddy BOV to get???)also can i get the necessary silicon coupling and the clamps at a local harware store for the intercooler piping???thanks

also can the 19t turbos boost be turned up even though it is internally wastegated???

1. that charge piping included in the kit is for the non-intercooler set-up. only the upper charge pipe can be used.

2. a flange can be welded to the intercooler
3. type S or type R if over 12psi, or the new RS

4. hardware stores sell plumbing couplers which over time will swell and blow

5. just because a turbo is internally gated doesnt mean that you cant turn up the boost. manual boost controllers work great on internal wastegated turbos but just watch for boost spike. i would worry more about your fuel management set-up before turning up the boost expecially if you are running the blue box.
