very true. . . Jordo put it this way you will be more than happy. Tony is one of the best in the field at what he does. And Jeff makes great products and you picked a very admireable set up. Trust me even 300whp will make you soil yourself when you 1st feel it. but im betting you will see much more. Post the results when you get them and good luck .
312whp is my guess, i have a pretty identical set-up little different mani, conventional intercooler, and less compression. I still hope to make 350-360 on 12 pounds. We'll see though
Like i said mine was on a much smaller turbo . t3/04e 60trim 63ex housing, and max rev manifold, 550cc injectors and drag piping and small intercooler and 2.5 inch exhust with resonators in it and 2.5 crush bent dp on a conservative tune made 300whp.

It blew because of power, not because of 11 psi.

Actually, my car probally wasn't making that much power at all. I have a stock cat and exhaust and it was untuned. It blew because it spiked up to like 14psi. (I think it was around there, it's kinda hard to watch the boost gauge going over 100mph). I know the combo of tuning (well lack of it) and high boost are what blew the engine (probally created some realllly high cylinder pressure).
no built motor yet, i got screwed on my bare block, i need to buy one to get sleeved. ill be in market for one in 2 weeks when i get paided

i think is too big for just 300whp.. i'd suggest T04B compressors or maybe small T04E's for 300whp.. i'm thinking of trying 300-325whp on mine (T3 48a/r T0B 50).. i'd expect peak hp around 7.5-8K with peak torque around 4.5-5K.
