Evo 8 turbo
there is this setup that i might get, here are some picture of what it looks like

my questions are:
1) what else do i need to fully piece the turbo together to fit on my b16a2?
(the motor is in a eg hatch)
2) how easy is it to cut off the flanges on that turbo and put b series flanges on?
3) where can i find those b series flanges?
4) will that mani fit with the B series?
thanks in advance

You need alot of stuff still, intercooler, chargepiping, couplers, clamps, bov, injectors, some sort of engine management, oil lines.
No that manifold will not fit a B series.
You do not want to cut anything off of the turbo. leave the flanges on the turbo.
Buy a new manifold that is made specifically for this turbo to a bseries.

Check for shaftplay and get a writen statement that the turbo didn't smoke, or you'll get compensation. There's three reasons you'll find a stock evo turbo for sale: 1) they totalled the evo, 2) they decided they didn't want meth+porting/clipping to hit 400whp+ and decided on a bigger snail, 3) the turbo is junk.
40k miles on a smallish turbo on a car that is easy to beat doesn't bode well for the oil seals. It may be possible to cut that mani's flange off and change to a b-series flange, but those crossover tubes will be a problemm at least for cutting. A large (or portable) bandsaw would be your best option. Otherwise the other issues can be fixed easy.
