I have a 94 civic ex, with a LsVtec, it has ross racing pistons, peuter rods, and other stuff in the block. The head has ferrea 1mm oversized valves, skunk2 springs and retainers, skunk2 stage 2 turbo cams. My problem is that when I am driving around it sounds like it needs a valve job, but I have done it already and they are perfect, and also when I get on it it goes ok for the comp. ratio but once I get to 5k rpm it like hits a rev limiter, it wont go past 5k. I have tried different ecu's, chips, and asked people around here and we are all confused on what it could be. So if anyone has heard of this or had it happen I am in desperate need of some advice. In case you didnt know it was fully built for a turbo setup and I m runnig it NA right now until I get it figured out. Comp. ratio is 8.6:1. Please if you have any ideas let me know!!!!
