Evaluate this setup please...
Here is the setup I plan on using. I will begin purchasing next week, but I wanted to make sure I didnt miss anything.
Setup is going in an '86 CRX(1850lbs) w/b16. Currently the car has stage1 cams, mugen headgasket and AEM cam gears, and stage 3 6puck double sprung clutch w/8lb flywheel.
I will run to the limits of the stock map sensor, so 10-10.5psi. Hoping for mid to upper 12's all day on street tires.
Turbo: GT28R $650
Manifold:HKS $250
2.5" Downpipe: $150
Charge Pipes/couplers/bolts: $200
BOV: TurboXS or something comprable $75
Boost controller: Joe P. $40
Vacuum lines: Pep boys $20
Boost gauge: Autometer $50
Oil Pressure: Autometer $50
Injectors: DSM 450 $50-$75
Resistor Box: $20
Intercooler: Johnny Race Car $230
Oil lines: Fast Turbo $100
Welding: $50
Engine Management: Uberdata $???
Comes to about $1950 plus uberdata and a tune. LMK what you think.

Looking good -
The one think I think you may have undershot was welding expense. Perhaps not though. . . a muffler shop may do it that cheap.
. . . or maybe I just got F'd on mine, lol.
Anyways, looking good -

Re: (DragSource)
You might be right, although I included the cost of welding the charge pipes in the 200 for charge pipes/couplers/bolts.
So i think the only other things that will need welding are the BOV and oil pan.

Yeah I would go for a 3'inch DP.....
And where is the fuel pump?
else it looks good

Have you guys ever seen a dohc motor in a 1st gen crx? I dont think a 3" dp is in my future but Ill know better once I see test fit the manifold and turbo in the bay.
As for fuel pump Ive read stock is good to aroudn 300whp, and I sould be making around 260ish so I didnt think I really needed one, especially on dsm 450's.

Re: (Mort Goldman)
but the thing you have to ask your self on the fuel pump is "do you think a fuel pump from 1986 is going to support your set-up?" If I where you I would replace the fuel pump just so you dont have to worry about messing something up because you didnt want to spend the extra $100

Re: (BoostedEG6)
Hold on, I've got questions for yooouu.
This is almost identical for the setup i'm pieceing together for my soon to have b16 swap. Where are you getting:
1, a GT28R for 650?
2, that hks manifold for 250?
And your gauges?
