Default engine management need help

hey im new to this turbo thing and i need some help. first off i have a b18c in my ej and i am piecing a turbo kit together. my goal for the car is to only run about 7-8psi on stock internals. but i want the car to be reliable as it is my daily driver so i want it to be tuned right. i was planning on using 450 injectors or maybe something a little bigger. this is wher i get confused which engine management setup should i use for my setup i was told crome was good and i would also like to keep it a low budget which is why i was told to use crome. can some one please enlighten me on how this stuff actually works an what i should do thanks
