EGT?

Default EGT?

I have a stock LS with a t03/t04 turbo tuned on hondata, I want to know what the normal range for my EGT to be at when im just driving around town?

Should be around 600 - 800 F for when your just driving around.

yah its about 800 in town, and on the highway its around 10000 to 1100, and when im riping it it goes to about 13000 is that normal, at what temp is it dangerous for the engine?

after 1450F you will start to melt ****.

It might not happen but around that temp is said to be around the max to push it.

Ive hit 1450 many times and my setup hasnt melted yet. In fact I hit 1575 @ the top of 4th and hit that and pass that in 5th in the 1/4 mile. I am in the process of figuring out how to cool em down tho cause heat is the enemy for an engine... EGT temps are really quite debateable on whats so called safe and whats not...
