EBC "Gain" ****?
I have Greddy Type-S boost controller.
The middle and right **** control "Lo" and "Hi" boost presets, while the **** on the left controls "gain." I've done some research but can't find a really good explanation on what the "gain" **** does. Turned it up on the dyno yesterday and saw more boost earlier which was good because boost was creeping to 15 later than I believe it should have. Can anyone explain to me exactly what this feature is supposed to do and how it should be used?

its the duty cycle of the solenoid, you want to have it set per the turbo, if you have a really small turbo that builds boost really fast it will have a tendency to over boost so you set the gain lower, the opposite with a larger turbo, you set the gain higher so the wastegate stays closed longer so boost is reached more quickly without overboosting
i think thats about it, if someone wants to correct me please do

That makes sense. I have a precision SC61 and it was turned all the way down, haha. Turned it up a bit and definitely saw a difference.

So do I! I'm at UD Law. I graduate in May. See you around campus. I've been trying to organize a UD tuner meet with some srd members.
