Hey im boosting my 90 CRX Si and i was wondering how some of those ebay parts are like manifolds and BOV's , oil line kits, and wastegates....i know the turbos are junk but what about other parts like that?

my setup will be a low boost application using an rx7 turbo running like maybe 6-8 lbs of boost max. stock internals stock eveyrthing basically.

 

Wastegates and bov have been proven. But those are juat a tube, valve and spring so it is pretty difficult to mess that up. Everything else I would not mess with. My .02 cents

One word for that: DELTA

 

Rx7 turbos believe it or not require A LOT of exhaust gas to move em. That 1.3L **** is exactly that, its exhaust CFM is more like that of a 3.6L v-6 and such...

As for ebay junk, some is good, some sucks. I went 10s on OBX ramhorn/DP and OBX fat *** FMIC, haha. Gotta know what quality looks like, regaurdless of the bogus name stamped on it. Same with junk, gotta know it when you see it. Stay away from XS, SSAC, and MMAD BEWST or who knows WTF they are calling the **** now, lmfao...
