I was wondering has any one ever tried one of these ebay hks "style" blow off valves? Or are they just junk?

 

just buy a greddy type s for 100 (a real one )
ive never tried the ebay crap but from what i hear theyre crap

 

as long as i know ebay bov's are good for low hp applications...

 

below 8psi, ebay BOV and wastegates are actually nice, and work really well/last. Plenty of HT users have these BOV/wastegates

 

i got an ssqv bov from ebay for $58 shipped works great sounds just like the real hks only difference i notice is the valve inside looks like plastic.
like stated above good for low hp apps or HMT setups

Ok so i bought the ebay ssqv and it looks pretty good compared to pictures of the real hks one, it also came with all the same parts. Now. how am i supposed to install this, it didnt come with an installation instructions and i have been looking everywhere for them. Does anyone know a good place to find the instructions or even tell me how its done?

i had one of those ebay hkss bov's that i bought from a H-T'er who said it was genuine, was a complete piece of POS crap. didnt hold boost, didnt close completely, and was made from plastic. dont waste your money with that EBAY crap.
