Default Eagle rods

Do you have to notch the block for eagle H beam rods, this is in a D16z6 block with a6 head.

Yes it is recomended or they might hit the bottom of the sleeves,specially at higher rpms..Id go safe way and notch it, thats what im gonna do.

Do I have a machine shop do this? Is there a write up on it somewhere?

http://www.endyn.com has a write up on it....I would say unless you know what your doing have a respectable machine shop do it so its not on your head
