Which would tune the best on OBD2?

OBD1 is out of the question! Want to stay SMOG compliant in TN!!!!!

You're about to be bombarded with the question why don't you just go OBDI and use X? (Take your pick, uber, hondata, chrome, etc). I'll save you the trouble.. With the right tuner, E-Manage is quite fine for OBDII. You have your reasons and needs to stay OBDII, that's fine.. E-manage can work, but for most here, you'll hear dissent. I've used it on several cars, and it works great, for what it was intended.

If it's between those two piggybacks, I say go with the GReddy E-Manage because it has more features/options.

emanage, can do fuel, timing datalogging off your current o2 or wideband, lots of support, tune it yourself, can be boost dependent, injector correction, and many other cars besides hondas use it. thats what im going to switch to any day here.

If you're staying OBD2 - e-Manage.

emanage ultimate is probably the best choice due to all the new features, but the e-manage blue works really well too.
