e cutout question

with an e cutout could you add piping on to the cutout so you can run the piping somewhere else? like out the front bumper like people do with wastegate dumptubes?

From what I hear you can't put the e-cut out too close to the mani.....Becaue it blows it out or something. That is just what I heard. I would like to hear different if someone has experences with them.
