I would guess that part of it is the lower compression pistons. If your goal was just 15psi, you probably should have stuck with stock compression pistons. I would try and find a way to get some of that compression back to help boost up the power and torque.

my goal was somewhere btw 350-400 on 93-94octane....just trying to figure out what to do next...(bigger intercooler, etc)...but apparently thats not a necessary since it can hold 400-450whp...i said 15psi because i thought i might be able to hit my hp goals with my setup...like i said right now its tuned for 12lbs...

450 miles on a new bottom end isn't much. Over time you will see better numbers but I would still up the boost to see your goal is met.
